Insurance Repair Services

Not only do we construct and renovate residential and commercial buildings, but when the unexpected occurs, we repair them as well.

CRW Builders can respond immediately to assess damage to your residence or building, provide interim repairs (e.g., cover a damaged roof to protect from further damage), work with your insurance provider to develop a cost estimate for repairs, and complete those repairs promptly.

In some cases, we may already be on your insurance provider's list of recommended contractors. Nevertheless, you can contact us directly and allow us to initiate insurance repairs in coordination with your insurance provider. Or you can ask your adjustor that we do the work, or at least be allowed to provide a cost estimate and recommendations regarding what repairs are required and how to best complete them in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Types of insurance repair work we perform include but are not limited to:

  • Wind damage repairs
  • Fire and smoke damage repairs
  • Water damage repairs, to include mold/mildew removal and treatment
  • Temporary board-ups and tarp coverings
  • Roof repairs
  • Electrical and plumbing repair
  • Debris removal
  • Drywall/plaster repair
  • Repair of damage from snow/ice dam to gutters, roofing, insulation
  • Chimney/fireplace damage
